Every table gets its own code with its number underneath — that is how the waiter knows where an order came from. Printed once, and a menu change never voids them.

Every table gets its own QR code, printed once and never touched again. The code points at the table, not at a particular menu — so changing the menu, the prices or the design needs no new stickers.
