Everything Ceres does

From the first dish to the last report. Below is everything Ceres does for your menu, your guests and your team.

For the whole team, not just the manager

For the manager

The whole menu in one app: prices, photos, design, print, and the numbers at the end of the day.

For the waiting staff

Calls and orders on the phone, with no walk to the table for every small thing.

For the guests

The menu in their own language, with photos and allergens, and nothing to install.

01 — Menu

Building the menu

  • Reorder sections and dishes by dragging, duplicate or hide them in one click
  • Price, description and ingredients for each language separately
  • The EU allergen list, calories, prep time, and how spicy it is
  • Labels on the dishes: chef’s pick, new, vegan, seasonal, signature and more
  • A different price during chosen hours — for happy hour or a lunch menu
  • Dishes that only show on certain days or in certain seasons
  • Suggestions on a dish: “goes well with” — the guest adds something more
  • Several menus ready to go: regular, summer, lunch

02 — Import

Whatever you have today

  • A paper menu: photograph the pages and the dishes appear with their prices and sections
  • A file on the computer: it transfers straight across, with no retyping
  • A menu on another QR platform: we pull it out of there and bring it over
  • Nothing ready at all: we sit down together and build it from scratch
  • Every route passes your approval before it reaches a guest

03 — Languages

Nobody orders what they cannot read

  • As many languages as you want, including ones other platforms do not carry
  • Write it once in Bulgarian — the rest translates itself
  • Correct any translation where you would rather have a different word
  • The guest sees the menu in their language from the first scan
  • Allergens and ingredients are translated too, not just the names

04 — Images

Photos that make a guest order

  • A photo from your phone is enough — the app takes care of the rest
  • Crop and rotate on the spot, with no second program
  • Every dish comes out in the same frame for a perfectly arranged menu
  • The menu still opens fast on weak signal in the dining room

05 — Design

It looks like your venue

  • Ready styles that look designed, not picked from a template gallery
  • Match the colours and the type to your logo and your interior
  • A light and a dark version — the guest picks whichever suits the evening
  • See every change immediately, exactly as the guest will see it on their phone
  • You need no designer’s eye — every combination is built to look right

06 — Print

Print and PDF

  • One, two or three columns; A4, A5 or Letter
  • Colour with your accent, or black and white for cheap printing
  • Choose what appears: photos, prices, descriptions, allergens, calories, badges
  • A second name under each dish, for menus aimed at foreign guests
  • Automatic fitting so there are no half-empty pages
  • Logo top right, your own subtitle and footer line
  • Print or save as PDF from the print dialog

07 — Publishing

A code for every table

  • Every table has a code of its own, with the table number beneath it
  • That is how the waiter knows which table an order came from
  • Print them all at once as cards, or we deliver them ready
  • The code opens the menu at your own address — no one else’s name in it
  • The codes stay the same however often you change the menu

08 — Guests

What the guest does

  • Browses by section, with the category rail staying on screen while scrolling
  • Opens a dish with a large photo, ingredients, allergens, calories and spice
  • Searches the menu and marks favourites
  • Dietary filters applied across the whole menu
  • Builds a basket with a running total in euro and leva
  • Sees the happy-hour price automatically during that window
  • Switches between light and dark

09 — Live

Live service

After a one-time setup

  • Dish ratings and an average visible to guests
  • Happy guests are pointed at a Google review, unhappy ones write only to you
  • Live availability: “sold out” reaches every open menu at once
  • Waiter calls and bill requests with a payment choice
  • Table ordering that reaches the staff
  • A staff app on the phone with a board per table
  • Reservations by table and hour with a free-table check
  • Analytics: views, devices, languages, hours, returning guests

10 — Operations

Who can change what

  • Waiting staff see the orders but cannot change a price
  • Every menu change is kept, so a mistake can be undone
  • If the computer gives up, your menu is not lost with it
  • Guests never see your supplier prices or your internal notes
