What happens to the data

This page has no forms, no analytics and no cookies. Nobody tracks you while you read, and nothing about you is stored.

If you email or call us, we keep what you told us for as long as the conversation lasts. It does not go on a list and it does not go to anyone else.

Ceres is a Windows app on your own computer. The menu, the images, the prices and the print layout stay there, and the published menu sits at your address.

That part never passes through us. If you stop the subscription tomorrow, the files stay with you.

For an order to travel from the table to a waiter’s phone in seconds, it goes through a database we run. The same holds for reservations, ratings and real-time availability.

From the guest we receive: the table number, the dishes ordered and the time. For a reservation — name, phone, time and party size. Payment is not online, so we never touch card details.

In law the venue decides what is collected and why; we are the party processing it on the venue’s instructions. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not profile guests.

If a guest asks to see or delete their data, they go to the venue, and we help the venue answer.

The database runs on Supabase infrastructure. No other provider handles guest data, and we do not add one without the venue knowing.

Access from our side is limited to what it takes to keep the service running or to fix a problem you have reported.

Once work with a venue starts, retention, access and both parties’ obligations are settled in writing before real guests arrive. The contracting party is named in the contract itself.
